What counts as a doctor?
Each doctor who has their own queue in MyTokenLive. Receptionists and doctor logins are free and unlimited. If you add a doctor beyond your plan, the app asks you to move up a plan.
Is there a limit on tokens or patients?
No. Every plan has unlimited tokens, patients and staff logins.
What does WhatsApp cost?
Each paid month adds ₹150 of WhatsApp credit to your balance, and each message costs ₹0.20. A clinic sending two messages per patient covers about 375 patients a month with the included credit. Unused credit carries over.
What if the WhatsApp credit runs out?
The queue keeps working. Automatic messages pause, and the receptionist can still send the token link from the clinic's own WhatsApp with one tap. Top up any time from ₹100.
How does the yearly plan work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. You still get the monthly WhatsApp credit every month.
How can I pay?
Online in the app by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay, with auto-renew if you want it. Or pay us by UPI or cash and we add it to your account.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Turn off auto-renew in the app and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your data is never deleted.
