WhatsApp token system for clinics

Every token, on the patient's WhatsApp.

Give a token at the counter and the patient gets it on WhatsApp with a live queue link. When their turn is close, a second message tells them to come now.

₹50 of WhatsApp credit in the trial. No card needed.

Sent for you, at the right moments

The receptionist doesn't type anything. MyTokenLive sends each message when something changes in the queue.

  • The token number and live link, as soon as the token is given
  • "Please come now" when only a few patients are ahead of them
  • A note when the doctor is running late, with the new wait
  • A message if the session closes or a booking for a later day is cancelled

Patients wait at home, not on your benches

The live link shows the token being served, how many are ahead and about how long it will take. Patients come back just before their turn.

No app to install and nothing to sign in to. It opens in any phone's browser, in the patient's language.

Patients can book by sending HI

Turn it on in clinic settings, and patients who message "HI" pick a day and a doctor with buttons and get their token in a few taps. No phone call to the counter.

WhatsApp bookings take only a share of each session's tokens, so walk-ins still get theirs.

Costs you can see

Each message costs ₹0.20 from your clinic's WhatsApp credit. Every paid month adds ₹150, enough for about 375 patients at two messages each. Unused credit carries over.

If the credit runs out, nothing stops. Messages pause and the receptionist sends the link from the clinic's own WhatsApp with one tap. You get a warning before that happens.

WhatsApp questions

Which number do the messages come from?

From the MyTokenLive WhatsApp Business number, and every message names your clinic. You don't need a WhatsApp Business account of your own.

Do patients have to save a number or install anything?

No. The message arrives like any WhatsApp message, and the live queue link opens in the phone's browser.

What does it cost?

₹0.20 for each message from your WhatsApp credit. Each paid month adds ₹150 of credit, and unused credit carries over. Replies to a patient who wrote to you in the last 24 hours are free.

What happens when the credit runs out?

The queue keeps working. Automatic messages pause, and the receptionist sends the token link from the clinic's own WhatsApp with one tap. Top up any time and they start again.

Can patients stop the messages?

Yes. A patient who replies STOP gets no more messages from MyTokenLive, and START turns them back on.

Which languages are the messages in?

Your clinic's language (English, Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada or Telugu), with an English line you can turn off.
