What we make

MyTokenLive is a token and live queue system for clinics. The receptionist gives tokens from a phone. Patients get their token on WhatsApp, watch the queue on their own phone, and come in just before their turn. A TV in the waiting room shows the token being served for each doctor.

It is made for clinics with one to a handful of doctors: general practice, dental, child, skin, ENT and eye clinics, and small hospitals' OPs. No hardware, no app for patients, and set up in about ten minutes.

How we work

• Simple first. If a receptionist can't use a screen during a busy OP, we change the screen.
• Your patients' language. English, Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu.
• Fair prices. You pay by the number of doctors, never per patient or per token. Every feature is in every plan.
• Patient data stays private. The TV shows no names, patient pages show only the token, and we never use patient numbers for anything but that clinic's queue. Read our privacy policy.
• A person to talk to. We set up clinics in person in Kerala, and anywhere else on WhatsApp.
